Family Portrait Photography - For The Ones You Love
If you take some time to think about what‘s important in life to you, really important, chances are it’s not ‘what’ but ‘who’. Family and friends come top of our lists of important people, and our pets too, most of who take honorary pride of place as a family member anyway.
When I look back, it‘s the people in my life who have shaped it and made it what it is. Some have been there from the start, some have dipped in and out again, and some have only been in it for a while but with them it feels like forever (for good reasons!). But with all of them I can remember their faces - and when the faces fade a little I can bring out one of my two large boxes of photos and spend an evening picking through them, some faded and slightly tatty now, reliving ’those days‘ together with the memories which the photos evoke. There are times when my children look through the photos with me and one day I hope they will show them to their families. There are photos in there too of people whose names I can’t remember already. Isn't this what photos are all about - keeping our memories which are dear to us, reminding us of the important people and times in our lives, and creating a treasure box of family, friends and our history to hand to our future generations? Those two boxes are my life in pictures - I want to add many more to them.

Sally Evans Photography offers two styles of portrait photography - ‘Classic Family Portraits’ and ‘Lifestyle Family Portraits’.
Classic Family Portrait photography focuses on you & your family. The lighting sets can change to enhance different moods but essentially this is a ‘clean’ uncluttered photograph which is all about you. The Classic Portrait session doesn‘t have to be all about posing - it’s fun for you all too!
Lifestyle Family Portrait photographs are taken in your own home or on location. From cuddling up on the sofa with your kids to a family outing to the local bluebell woods, your Lifestyle Family Portrait images encompass who you are in the life which you lead.
