CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Orders received as of 11th December should all be delivered before Christmas.

Print orders received by Tuesday 15th December 2009 should be posted on 18th December 2009 & should therefore be received before Christmas but we cannot guarantee this.

Orders received from Wednesday 16th December 2009 will all be processed in the order in which they are received as normal and posted out when we receive them back from the processing Lab.

Prints take 3-5 working days for the Lab to process & all other goods take 5-10 working days, depending on the time of year. Please allow postage times in addition to this.

Please note that our last collection from the processing Lab will be 23rd December 2009. The Lab is then closed until Monday 4th January 2010 so nothing will be collected & posted out again until 4th January 2010.

We will close for enquiries at 4pm on 23rd December 2009 & reopen at 9.30am on Monday 4th January 2010.
